Shipping Policy

At Craftoria, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment & Partial COD

We do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD).

Where Partial COD is available, ₹120 is paid online while placing the order, and the remaining amount is payable at delivery. The ₹120 advance is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number. Craftoria is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or the customer's unavailability.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact Craftoria Customer Support with your Order ID and relevant photos/videos so we can assist you.
